Terms & Conditions- Students
- Online Gurus, is a tuition/ coaching platform, which acts as a support system to the students in their studies/ skillset development, through Online/Offline/Mix teaching methodologies
- The students have to pay the complete fees/ subscription charges, in full and in advance, to Online Gurus, for the months (month=30 calendar days) or the duration of the course for which the course has been subscribed.
- The subscription charges/fee would be collected from the students on the due date from the students, failing which the classes would be made on hold for the students, till the fee is deposited with Online Gurus.
- In case the student wishes to leave the course, .cancel the subscription, he/she has to inform the Online Gurus team in writing by sending a mail to [email protected] or [email protected]
- In case the student decides to leave the course in between the course duration, Online Gurus, would not be liable to refund the fee/subscription charges.
- In case for any reason, the student wants a change in the teacher for whatever reason, this can be done after the completion of the calendar month/course duration opted only.
- The students/ teachers are not allowed to exchange their contact numbers/emails amongst each other. Any request/concern/communication between the student and the teacher, other than the class, has to be routed through Online Gurus only.
- The class duration, days of the class, subjects to be taught would be intimated to the student prior to taking up the subscription of the classes, through WhatsApp / mail. Any change if required in the schedule, duration etc. has to be requested by the student to Online Gurus. The Online Gurus team would try its best to accommodate the request of the student but cannot guarantee the same. This change may or may not attract additional subscription charges/fee for the course, for which the student would be intimated.
- In case the class cannot happen on a specific scheduled day, due to any emergence of the teacher, Online Gurus will ensure that the same class would be compensated on some other day in the same month/ following month.
- In case the student cancels the class on any particular day, the class credit would be lost for the student, until a special request comes from the student to Online Gurus, which may/may not be considered depending upon the decision of the management of Online Gurus.
- Online Gurus would provide the certificate of completion of the course to the students on request.
- Online Gurus reserves the right to hold withdraw any running course without any notice. In such circumstances where Online Gurus is not able to provide a running course to the students, due to whatever reasons, it will refund the fee of the student for the duration for which the classes cannot be conducted. Online Gurus cannot be held responsible and cannot be claimed for any loss/damage of the student for discontinuation of the course in whatever circumstances.
- Online Gurus, reserves the right to change any teacher taking up a particular subject during the course, though it will definitely take into consideration the students comfort and satisfaction from the new changed teacher.
- Generally, though not compulsorily, Online Gurus provide a demo class with a specific teacher to the student prior to signing up for the course. The objective of this demo class is, to make the student comfortable with Online Gurus teaching methodologies and giving a technical understanding of Online classes to the student. Nowhere has it guaranteed that the same teacher would be teaching the student in regular classes as well.
- Online Gurus team, i.e. teachers and the support team, implement best teaching methodologies up to the best of their beliefs, experience and skillset to teach students so that they can gain the maximum learning out of the course with proven track records. But in no circumstances Online Gurus team or its associate guarantee the success of the students in any of the academic or competitive examinations.
- Online Gurus keep high standards while allocating any teacher to a student, and it is always open and in discussion mode for resolving any query/concern of the student. The students can raise their genuine query to Online Gurus team and the team would immediately take upon the matter for resolution, up-to-the best of whatever it is there in its control.
- Indemnification: The Student/Parent agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Online guru, their affiliates and the owners, partners, directors, officers, agents, and employees of Onlineguru referred to as an “Indemnified Person” from and against any losses, claims, demands, damages, or liabilities (or action or proceedings in respect thereof) of any kind relating to or arising out of activities performed or services furnished pursuant to this assignment.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
- The students have to pay the complete fees/ subscription charges, in full and in advance, to Online Gurus, for the months (Month = 30 calendar days) or the duration of the course for which the course has been subscribed.
- The subscription charges/fee would be collected from the students on the due date from the students, failing which the classes would be made on hold for the students, till the fee is deposited with Online Gurus.
- In case the student wishes to leave the course, .cancel the subscription, he/she has to inform the Online Gurus team in writing by sending a mail to [email protected], before at least 3 days of the coming due date. In this case, the next month upcoming subscription would be cancelled.
- Generally, though not compulsorily, Online Gurus provide a demo class with a specific teacher to the student prior to signing up for the course. The objective of this demo class is, to make the student comfortable with Online Gurus teaching methodologies and giving a technical understanding of Online classes to the student. Nowhere it guarantees the same teacher to the student in regular classes as well.
- In case the student is not satisfied with a new allocated teacher, he /she needs to inform the Online Gurus team immediately after one class. In that case, either the student would be provided with the satisfactory teacher to the student or else the fees/subscription charges of the student would be refunded.
- In case the student decides to leave the course in between the course duration, after the completion of two or more classes, and less than 50% of the month’s classes have been taken by the student, Online Gurus would refund the fee/subscription charges for the remaining classes only which were not held. If the student has already taken up 50% or more classes of the month, there would not be any refund for the subscription charges of the month.
- In case for any reason, the student wants a change in the teacher for whatever reason, this can be done after the completion of the calendar month/course duration opted only.
- Online Gurus reserves the right to hold withdraw any running course without any prior notice. In such circumstances where Online Gurus is not able to provide a running course to the students, due to whatever reasons, it will refund the fee of the student for the duration for which the classes cannot be conducted.
This policy and terms and conditions are subject to change and revision from time to time and is available on the official website of Online Gurus, i.e. www.onlinegurus.in, and it is the responsibility of the concern stakeholder/student/parent or anyone concern to visit and study the same.

Any legal dispute if arises, has to be taken up in the court of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh only.
